Edwin Wm. Summeier, 87, passed away April 29, 2015.
He was a self-employed vegetable grower for many years, and retired from Brehob Nursery in 2011. He also belonged to various German organizations on the south side.
He is survived by his wife of 65 years, Eleanor; children, Christine (Mark) Livingston, Mary (Joe) Voeller; Henry (Connie) Summeier; 4 grandchildren; and 5 great-grandchildren; and his sister, Martha Hartman.
Friends may call from 3:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. Sunday, May 3, 2015 at Friedens United Church of Christ, 8300 S. Meridian St., Indianapolis, IN 46217. Funeral Services will be held Monday, May 4, 2015 at 10:00 a.m. at the church. Burial will follow at Forest Lawn Memory Gardens. Memorial contributions may be directed to the church.
